FAQ / QUESTIONS WITH A REASON TO EXIST

Glad someone asked.

The less mysterious version of the product meeting. Coffee is optional.

So, what is the point?

Self-hosted web filtering with DNS, browser, and endpoint controls in one management platform. Tools that work, settings that mean something, and a written explanation of the boundaries. Apparently this now qualifies as a product vision.

Is the public portal demo connected to my network?

No. It is a static, browser-local demonstration with sample requests, devices, profiles, and policies. Its changes reset on reload. It never connects to your devices or changes real firewall rules.

What can I do in the demo?

Search and export sample activity, inspect request decisions, add and pause sample rules, test a domain, quarantine and restore sample endpoints, view profiles, and inspect the demo audit trail. AI and mesh panels preview future ideas, not working model or network services.

Is the AI actually doing inference?

Not in this release or website. Existing category inference uses configurable domains and phrases. Model-assisted suggestions are proposed; the demo uses authored examples and makes no external model requests. We have resisted giving a phrase match a corner office.

What is already post-quantum?

The native paired channel uses hybrid X25519 + ML-KEM-768 key exchange with TLS 1.3. Certificates and offline Ed25519 signatures remain classical. A future peer mesh is exploratory; the current architecture pairs clients with a master. See the innovation overview and trust center.

Can I use dark mode?

Yes. Use the sun or moon in the navigation. The site starts with your system preference and remembers a manual choice on this device when browser storage is available. The point remains equally uncooperative in either theme.

Why can’t I click the point?

We located the point and immediately gave it a strict zero-click policy. It dodges mice and thumbs. The keyboard-friendly “Tempt the point” control gets the same professionally evasive response.

How do I sign in?

Continue to your Cyberplexs identity account or open your own WTP console from the sign-in page. The dedicated customer workspace is coming soon. Website identity does not add SSO to the current filtering product.

Do those card logos mean you take payments?

No. Payment methods are planned and must be confirmed at launch. There is no checkout or card collection on this site. For once, the absence of an invoice is a feature.

Is this ready for every production fleet?

Acceptance depends on the environment. Native Windows/macOS enforcement acceptance, production signing, independent review, and benchmarks remain outstanding. The release readiness page records those boundaries.
